In this webinar, Mucki Sobania, Solutions Consultant Lead at Thomson Reuters, and Chris Papin, Owner, Papin CPA, PLLC, will share their expertise on transforming quick questions into valuable service opportunities. They will discuss the Practice Forward approach, which helps firms define their service menu, set minimum prices, and clarify the scope of engagements, ensuring you get fairly compensated for your knowledge and expertise.
During the discussion, we’ll cover some enduring pain points professionals feel, including feeling like you're giving away valuable services for free, struggling with scope creep and chasing deadlines, and difficulty proactively helping all clients due to constant interruptions.
