Help your clients take advantage of the Employee Retention Credit (ERC), even if they took a PPP loan in 2020. Now it is easier to qualify. More employers are eligible, and more credit is available to businesses of all sizes. In this session, we will be re-introducing the ERC to CPAs and answering critical questions around the intent and the value of the ERC. TCC tax credit experts will also address what businesses and wages qualify, the changing legislative landscape, and what is trending, including PPP and tax extenders. TCC tax credit experts will help CPAs understand the critical hurdles while busting seven common ERC myths.
